Returns Policy

IZI Medical provides a return policy for sixty (60) days following the receipt of the product. For defects in workmanship, IZI will credit the purchaser the unused portion of the product. For non-defect returns, including but not limited to, customer ordering wrong product and customer ordering wrong quantities, IZI will credit the purchaser the unused portion of the product minus 20% for a restocking fee.

To obtain service under the return policy, the purchaser must notify IZI of the defect prior (60) days following the receipt of the product. IZI will advise the purchaser of their Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping address to which the purchaser must ship the product at their own expense. The RMA number must accompany the product. The product should be packed safely, preferably in its original packaging and return back to IZI within (30) days of receiving an RMA number.

This return policy applies only to products used under normal operating conditions and thing specifications. It does not cover products modified in any way, used incorrectly, or subject to unusual physical, electrical or environmental stress.
