Territory Manager (Major Metro Areas)
The roles and responsibilities of the Territory Manager will be to work with the Regional Sales Manager to increase penetration of IZI Medical's Spine and Biopsy portfolio. This includes servicing existing accounts as well as increasing market share through cold calling, prospecting, building relationships, post sales implementation and maintaining accounts. These positions are open as result of our rapid growth.
Increases sales and customer satisfaction through a varied sales approach which includes cold-calling, relationship building, and account management
Develops and implements short and long-term plans to achieve annual sales and gross profit goals by building on existing accounts, and identifying and cultivating new opportunities for growth
Designs and delivers sales presentations
Introduces and sells new products, enhancements and multiple product lines
Calls on Interventional Radiology (IR) while building relationships and selling to physicians and hospitals
Develops and manages opportunity pipeline and forecasting
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred 3+ years healthcare sales experience
Expertise in the treatment of vertebral compression fractures or Spine
Experience selling into both O.R. and Radiology preferred
Solid business acumen
Strong relationship building skills
Ability to travel 50+% of the time
